Safety
Underground mine environment at roughly 4–6°C with high humidity. Helmet and suitable footwear are required; specialist tours require good fitness.
Seasonal / timing conditions
Standard visitor centre operates year-round with seasonal hours; specialist/adventure activities require advance booking and may be restricted during bat-hibernation periods.
