Sweden’s mineral rules distinguish concession minerals from minerals belonging to the landowner. Exploration of concession minerals is regulated by the Minerals Act, while SGU states that landowner permission is always required to search for non-concession minerals. Managed visitor activities do not create blanket collecting rights outside their designated areas.
