Odisha Directorate of Geology records gemstone investigations at Pokharidiha, Dumerpadar, Jillingdhar and Ghagarmunda; green beryl around Uparbeda and Ghasbani; garnet near Khamar; and quartz/quartzite at Moter. Directorate of Mines and district records add numerous gemstone and quartz leases. This release keeps both precise and lower-precision records, but labels mines, leases and uncertain coordinates as non-navigable reference points rather than deleting them or implying public collecting rights.
